"Sigh, sad to report, although it appears that pretty much everyone loves this group, my experience was not the same. Don't get me wrong, they're amazing at helping you set up and offer policies to you, but when you NEED them to show up, they weren't there. I had some hail damage on my truck and State Farm Claims were trying to screw me with a seriously low ball offer (claiming it was totaled) and after dealing with corporate State Farm, I called this office, MY TEAM, for some support. Without hesitation, I was referred right back to corporate State Farm. Just a flat out, sorry, we can't help you. When corporate SF wanted me to submit further documentation to justify why I felt it was worth more, (which it 100% was worth more) I went into this location and asked them to fight for me and submit the documents. (When I asked Tylene to just come out and look at the quality and care of my truck, she just said, no, I don't need to see it. Um, okay...) Two weeks passed, nothing from SF, so I called corporate...they never got the documents, so I HAD to upload them as my local support team never did it! In the end, I had to hire an outside appraisal company and fight them on my own and for the record, I won, almost double the value they originally offered me...without any HELP or SUPPORT from Sammie or her team. So yeah, if you just have to PAY your monthly fees, this team is great at taking your money...but when you need them, like REALLY need them, I hope they show up better for you than they did for me! PS. When I called to cancel all my polices, (laughing as this is such terrible customer service and also truly poor sales) neither Aaron nor Tylene asked why. They just said okay, thanks for your business. Smiling...you bet...happy its over! Note: Ah yes, perfect response from the owner...deflection! I know the claims department handles the claims and I'm 100% aware that you don't do appraisals in your office...not the point! You didn't want to initially help direct me to the right people, Tylene didn't submit the paperwork she SAID she'd submit; Sammie never cared to actually call me and see how things were going and if I needed anything...NO ONE there cared about any part of this horrific process but to take my money! So, thank you for so eloquently making my point in your reply...couldn't have said it better...you don't and can't do anything but push your clients off to corporate...so why use you? And again...STATE FARMS practice is to low ball you with an offer and hope you won't fight them! But I did, and I won! Crooks!"

"I am sorry to hear about your experience with the claims process. We are here to help when and where we can, but unfortunately State Farm corporate handles the claims process from end to end. We can help you get in contact with the appropriate people, but we cannot handle the claim itself. We also do not provide appraisal information, that is handled by State Farm corporate as well. I am sorry you had to experience a claim and that it was less than satisfactory, but that is unfortunately our of our control here in our office. "

"They do an amazing job! I live in MN and use them, they do have a license for Mn and i cant praise them enough. I just called to remove a car and add a new one, no lie literally took 2 minutes and i already have my insurance card. I had a car accident last year and they walked me through the whole process and i knew if i had issues i could call them for assistance!"
